Terms and Conditions

• All dual membership is for minimum 12-month period.

• Dual Membership request must be for the same 12-month period across both clubs.

• Payment at both clubs must be made promptly.

• Offer valid only for annual renewals in September of each year.

• Applies to 1 Adult membership option ONLY.

• Player Codes (new members) will be aligned with the persons chosen 'primary' club.

• Not applicable to multi-adult, family, student, juniors, other promotions or short-term memberships.

• Dual membership only applies between Lynmore Tennis Club and Rotorua Tennis Clubs at this stage

• All other visitors need to follow the guidance from each club regarding visitors and associated visitor fees.

• Only once membership has been paid at both clubs will gate / club access be provided to each respective club.

• Members are eligible to play in both club championships provided it meets the requirements of each respective club.

• This will be a membership option for Sept 2024 - end Aug 2025 year.
  
  Some Benefits of a dual membership with Lynmore Tennis Club are:

• Full Club House and Facility access.

• Access to a ball machine.

• Free or discounted entry into some of our tournaments.

• Access to lights for Courts 4-6 (no additional charge).

• Extending your player pool with the aim to raise the playing levels.

• Have the right to vote on items at our club and / or get involved as a committee member.

• Receive our newsletters / emails to help keep you updated of what's happening at our awesome club!
